To place an order with KL Hobbies, you must be licensed retailer.

Please complete our Retail Account Application and fax or send it to us, along with a copy of your business license and/or a copy of a resale certificate.

KL Hobbies only sells to licensed retail stores, we do not sell directly to the consumer. If you are not a licensed retailer, please visit your nearest retailer to purchase our products.

Ordering and Minimums

- All orders subject to acceptance/credit approval at KL Hobbies' Headquarters.

- All purchase orders must be signed by an authorized buyer.

- Minimum opening order: $250.00.

- New accounts must include signed credit application with order.

- All sales are final.

- Orders for immediate delivery may not be cancelled.

- Orders for later delivery must be cancelled in writing and received by KL Hobbies 15 days prior to the scheduled ship date. Orders shipped prior to notification of cancellation are buyer’s responsibility.

Payment

- Credit Cards will be accepted for prepayment of orders: (VISA, MasterCard and Discover are accepted)

- Terms are Net 30 days, unless otherwise noted, for credit approved accounts.

- Interest, at the maximum allowable by law, will be charged for past-due amounts.

- No deductions are allowed on past-due accounts.

Pricing

- All shipments are made with pricing in effect at time of shipment.

- Prices are subject to change without notice.

Backorders

- Backorders will be shipped at the same terms as original order.

Customer Service

- Returns for defectives or errors must be authorized in advance.

- No authorization for return can be given for past-due accounts.

- Non-defective, unauthorized returns are not accepted.

- Claims must be received in Novato within two weeks of customer’s receipt of goods.
