Shipping & Returns

- Returns for defectives or errors must be authorized in advance.

- No authorization for return can be given for past-due accounts.

- Non-defective, unauthorized returns are not accepted.

- Claims must be received in Novato within two weeks of customer’s receipt of goods.

- Backorders will be shipped at the same terms as original order.

- All shipments are made with pricing in effect at time of shipment.
